Venue

IFEMA Palacio Municipal is one of the main conference and events venues in Madrid. This contemporary building offers more than 30,000 m² of functional space designed to host large-scale conferences, conventions, exhibitions and corporate events. 

The venue includes a large auditorium with a seating capacity of around 1,700 attendees, a multipurpose exhibition space of more than 2,400 m², and 32 meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 26 to 360 participants. The building is organised into three main sections across several floors, with large conference rooms located in the left wing and flexible meeting spaces in the right wing, where movable walls allow the rooms to be adapted to different event sizes. 

At the centre of the building, a multipurpose area located on the third floor is primarily used for exhibitions and catering services. The main entrance level hosts the renovated main auditorium and spacious foyers that provide additional areas for exhibitions, receptions and networking activities, while the venue also includes its own dedicated parking facilities.
