Individual sponsorship items can be purchased as follows:

Sponsored satellite session 
€6,000

The 60-minute sponsored satellite sessions enable organisations from different regions to present their latest work in advancing science, policy and community responses to infectious diseases.

These sessions offer a unique opportunity to learn from and engage with distinguished researchers and key stakeholders.

The format allows partner organisations to present an overview of a topic, including time for questions, discussion, and exchange of views with Forum delegates. We welcome sessions on a wide range of topics within the remit of Global Health EDCTP3 and relevant to the Forum theme. The Forum Programme Committee will review the proposed content and speakers of the satellite sessions to ensure they meet the scientific and ethical standards of the conference.

This sponsorship item includes

• An in-person sponsored session of 60 minutes duration for up to 350 delegates
• Satellite sessions are scheduled to take place in the morning before the start of the Forum’s main sessions from Tuesday 6 April 2026 to Friday 9 April 2026. The allocation of satellite sessions is at the discretion of the Forum Programme Committee, based on the overall conference programme. Please check the programme to find the available slots for the sponsored satellite sessions.
• Provision of a room with standard conference set up (chairs, lectern and audio-visual equipment)
• Acknowledgement and logo placement on the Forum website, the Forum mobile app and displayed at the Forum venue.

Submissions for sponsor satellite sessions will open in June 2026.

 

Spotlight Opportunity
Price on request

The spotlight opportunity gives sponsors a high-visibility, informal networking platform with Forum participants during peak exhibition hours. It is ideal for sponsors who want to promote their organisation’s activities and engage directly with participants, without the need to organise a full session or maintain an exhibition stand. 

Available from Tuesday 6 April to Friday 9 April from 13:00-14:00, spotlight opportunities can be tailored in collaboration with the Forum organisers. Sponsors may request a customised set-up for their area and have the option to offer beverages and snacks with related costs negotiable within the overall package.

Scholarship for junior researcher
€5,000

Support the next generation of leaders in global health by funding an early or mid-career investigator to attend the Forum, present their research findings and build their professional network.

Scholarship recipients will be African or European primary authors of highly ranked abstracts accepted for oral or poster presentations. These scholarships are intended to cover the Forum’s participation costs of researchers with limited resources, who would not otherwise be able to participate.

Exhibition stand
€3,500 

Showcase your organisation in a high-traffic exhibition area where delegates gather for refreshment breaks and poster sessions.

Exhibitors benefit from maximum exposure to Forum delegates. Attendees gather in the exhibition area for refreshment breaks and poster viewings, which provide ample networking opportunities and visibility. 

Exhibition space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
