The Twelfth EDCTP Forum will gather up to 1,000 representatives from different regions and research fields, providing an excellent opportunity for networking and to highlight and promote the key activities of your institution, organisation or company to a focused audience while contributing to Global Health EDCTP3’s mission and conference goals.

The Forum presents a unique opportunity to establish and reinforce cooperation and synergy among Global Health EDCTP3 stakeholders, share experiences and gather ideas that will contribute to and inform future research and development.

There are many ways partners can be involved at this year’s Forum. One of them is through our sponsorship opportunities, which profile and raise the visibility of partner organisations working in the same field as Global Health EDCTP3.

Sponsorship items

Individual sponsorship items can be purchased as follows:

Sponsored satellite session
€6,000

The sponsored satellite sessions of 60 minutes enable organisations from different regions to present their latest work towards advancing the science, policy, and community response, providing unique opportunities to learn and engage with distinguished researchers and stakeholders working on infectious diseases. The format allows partner organisations to present an overview of a topic, including time for questions, discussion, and exchange of views with Forum delegates. We welcome sessions on a wide range of topics in the remit of Global Health EDCTP3, with relevance to the Forum theme. The Forum Programme Committee will review the proposed contents and speakers of the satellite sessions to ensure that they meet the scientific and ethical principles of the conference.

This sponsorship item includes

• In-person sponsored session of 60 minutes duration for up to 500 delegates
• Satellite sessions are provisionally scheduled to take place at 07:45-08:45 CET on Monday to Wednesday, 16-18 June 2025, at 17:15-18:15 CET on
• Monday 16 June 2025 and at 18:15-19:15 CET on Tuesday 17 June 2025. These dates and times may be subject to change. The allocation of satellite sessions is at the discretion of the Forum Programme Committee, based on the overall conference programme.
•  Provision of a room with standard conference set up, including chairs, lectern and audio-visual equipment
• Up to five sponsored satellite sessions are available to minimise overlap of activities
• Acknowledgement and logo included on the Forum website, the Forum mobile app and displayed at the Forum venue.

An application form is available on request and must be submitted by 18 April 2025.

Scholarship for junior researcher
€4,000

Support an early or mid-career investigator with a scholarship to attend the Forum to present his/her research findings and to network with other delegates. Selected recipients will be the African or European primary authors of highly-ranked abstracts who have been accepted to present oral or poster presentations. These scholarships are intended for researchers with limited funding to support their attendance.

This sponsorship item includes:

• Acknowledgement and logo included on the Forum website, the Forum mobile app and displayed at the Forum venue.

Exhibition stand
€3,000 

Exhibitors have maximum exposure to Forum delegates. Attendees congregate in the exhibition area for refreshment breaks and poster viewings, which provide ample networking opportunities. Exhibitors will be allocated a space on a first-come-first-serve basis.

This sponsorship item includes:

• One 6m2 exhibitor stand with back wall panels, spotlights, one table, two chairs, power socket (220V) and wireless internet

• Acknowledgement and logo are included on the Forum website, the Forum mobile app and displayed at the Forum venue.
